Questions people ask
What do I need to start?
An Android phone with USB debugging on and a USB cable (or, on Android 11 or newer, Wireless debugging on the same Wi-Fi, no cable), and Chrome or Edge on your computer. On Windows you can also install a small helper program that connects the phone to the page by itself.
Can I try it without a phone?
Yes. The demo phone lives in the page and answers like a real one, so you can click through every step of a test before you plug in your own phone.
What is sent to your server?
Your photos, videos and files go straight from the phone to your computer. Only the layout of the screen (the list of buttons and texts of the app you test) is sent, so the page can tell what each part of the screen is.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account stays and you land on your account page, where you can pick a plan. Nothing is charged by itself.
Does the plan renew by itself?
No. You pay for 30 days or 365 days, and the days you buy are added to the days you have left. You choose when to extend.
Will it work on iPhone?
Android first. Other phones are planned for later.
